Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoy convivial family meals in the dining room. Then, enjoy a night cap in one of several sitting- and entertaining areas around the house, on the balcony or on the patio, as you take in the exceptional views.

Get a great night's sleep in one of 5 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate WC. There are 3 extra WCs scattered around the house and you'll also have a washing machine and central heating.

At 588 metres above sea level, it’s the perfect starting point for exploring the stunning coastline or the Sibillini Mountains up above. Visit one of the wonderful Romanesque villages set just a 10-minute walk away, take a 20-minute drive to find several pleasant and affordable family beaches or ask the next-door neighbours (speakers of Italian, English and Dutch) for one of their mountain walking, hiking, biking, fishing or kayaking expeditions.

Other activities on offer near the property include horse riding, vineyard tours, bird watching, cycling, fishing, rock climbing, water sports and skiing, while restaurants, ruins and historic buildings dating back to the 13th century are within easy reach for cultural or culinary escapades.

The region of Marche is steeped in history and boasts the architecture and ambiance to show it. The birthplace of Rossini, Raphael and many other great artists invites you to visit its countryside churches, museums and sights, including the beautiful town square of Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno, one of Italy’s oldest universities and its open-air theatre in Macerata and the Basilica della Santa Casa in Loreto.
