This traditional Spanish house and its verdant surroundings are the ideal space for 6 holidaymakers wanting to explore the Castilla y Leon region. You’ll feel right at home when you are welcomed by small goodies left by your thoughtful hostess.
The spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax. Sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace or one of the great amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, video games and DVD player.
The modern kitchen has all the appliances necessary to cook up a feast of local ingredients which can be ordered from the owner of the house. You can enjoy your meals around the cozy dining table which seats 6 or outside on the furnished terrace.
You are ensured a great night’s sleep in one of the three comfortable bedrooms. Two feature double beds and the third has two single beds. Two baby cots are available upon request. There are also two bathrooms for freshening up in. The first sports a bathtub, shower and WC. The second is equipped with a separate WC.
Fans, mosquito nets, central heating and an indoor fireplace will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine and ironing centre are provided for your convenience. Towels, linen, end cleaning and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental fee.
One private parking space is provided. Smoking is permitted outside only and pets may be welcome upon request.
Located in rural Mudrián, this house offers access to the best of the Castilla y Leon region of Spain as well as a wide range of local activities, including hiking, fishing and paragliding.
Golfers can tee off at Club de Golf Villa de Cuéllar, just 23 kilometres away from the chalet. You’ll also find superb restaurants and supermarkets within 500 metres of your door. Alternatively, the hostess of the chalet is a wonderful cook and will prepare a meal of local ingredients for guests upon request.
While abandoning the natural beauty of this chalet might be a challenge, there is much to explore in the Castilla y Leon region. Popular day trips around the area include seeing the castle and wandering the streets of Cuellar, exploring off-the-beaten path Turégano and sightseeing in picturesque Segovia. If you’re feeling adventurous, you could even take a day trip to Madrid.
