Full property description

This house is a stately mansion indeed. With its unique location, natural surrounds and sheer size, it is an especially suitable holiday home for large families or groups that have decided to spend their holiday together.

Built high up on the slopes of a hill in a little forest and overlooking Dingle Bay, it comfortably sleeps ten in its five bedrooms (the sixth bedroom contains all the bed linen - if there are more than 10 people in the booking party, this bedroom can be used as well).

The house was originally built by an ambassador who used to cater for his family and friends. Today’s owners are Yvonne and Andrew, who each year put the revenues of the house back into it to modernise the property. From the garden and a new bathroom to fully renovating the kitchen, everything is looked after to combine the mansion’s idyllic charm with modern comforts and amenities. Enjoy sea views while cooking up a storm and enjoy the fruits of your labour in the elegant, adjoining dining area, then relax inside or out.

Put your feet up in the living room while taking in the views across the forest and sea, and enjoy the flat-screen TV with national- and satellite TV channels. There are also a DVD player, a CD player and a radio. Wifi is available.

Get a great night’s sleep in one of the five bedrooms, all beautifully furnished in their own unique colour scheme: The ground floor hosts two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and upstairs you’ll find three twin bedrooms. There is also a shared shower room and two separate toilets.

The spacious garden invites adults and children alike to do what they came here for – relax and have fun surrounded by magnificent nature. Enjoy views of the rolling hills and sea from your patio, have a barbecue or just soak up the sun from the deckchairs on hand.

Save luggage space with the washing machine and tumble dryer and note that end cleaning, linen and towels are all included in the rental price.

There is private parking on site, smoking is allowed outside only.
