Surrounded by verdant landscapes, this luxurious, four-bedroom house is perfect for 10 holidaymakers who are searching for an escape into the quaint Aquitaine region of France.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast at the dining table which seats 10 or outside in the garden.
You are sure to sleep well in any of the four comfortable bedrooms. Of the two found on the ground floor, one boasts a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC on the ground floor. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the first floor and feature either a double bed or two single beds along with a set of bunk beds. One additional bathroom is found on this floor. It sports a bathtub and a separate WC.
In addition to these great amenities, this house features a separate pool house with a toilet, kitchenette and table games.
There is also a refreshing 13x5m swimming pool with a paddling pool, and a large garden, representing the perfect opportunity to relax in your verdant surroundings.
Central heating and an indoor fireplace will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine and ironing center are provided for your convenience.
Please leave the house in good condition. End cleaning, tourist tax, linen and towels are included in the rental fee.
Plenty of on-site, private parking is available. Smoking is permitted outside only and pets are welcome. The pool is operational in the spring and summer months (30/04 to 01/10).
