Full property description
Elegant and comfortable, this French Riviera apartment welcomes you to the city of Nice. With its gorgeous, outdoor pool, surrounded by beautiful stone and accented with cheerful palm trees, it promises a truly relaxing break in the South of France.
Bright interiors make the apartment feel light and airy and a fully-equipped kitchen lets you choose to dine out or in. You will love relaxing in the living room in front of the flat-screen TV after a busy day of sightseeing, and there is even a small work desk, if you want to write postcards to the envious back home – because this will be a holiday to remember for years to come!
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, as well as a baby cot if needed, and there are also a convertible sofa in the living room for additional guests. The immaculate and spacious bathroom hosts a shower and toilet and a washing machine and ironing table/iron are provided for your convenience.
Enjoy sea-, mountain and city views from home and take your morning coffee on the balcony, then take a dip in the 10 x 5 m pool before heading outside and making holiday memories to last a lifetime! The pool is shared with the owners but will be for your private use in the morning from 10h to 12h30 and in the afternoon from 16h to 19h.
Cleaning, linen, and towels are included, and the flat has cable internet.
Private parking is available. Smoking is allowed outside only and pets are not welcome.
No visit to Nice is complete without a day or several spent at the Promenade des Anglais, which you will find just 3 km from this stylish flat. Whether you intend to cycle or roller blade along the promenade, visit a café or simply find a seat and listen to the waves roll in, you will find yourself drawn to the many attractions available for every interest.
Your apartment is far enough from the “tourist section” of Nice to enjoy the beautiful view from your windows and the pool – but not so far that you cannot explore all the wonders of this riveting part of the Riviera. A short drive puts you at the heart of the shopping district, where you can unearth everything from handcrafted novelties to luxury designer items. For the children, you need only perform a brief search for local parks, interactive museums, and other child-friendly attractions.
Our recommendation: for a general overview of the city, take a guided walking tour, and make sure to bring your camera to document the beautiful architecture. (Note: If you need the tour in English, make sure you book through the tourist office.)
