Located in the gorgeous region of Marche, south-west of Pesaro, the walled city of Urbino is a World Heritage Site boasting picturesque medieval architecture, a university dating from 1506 and the famous Palazzo Ducale, a Renaissance building and one of the most important monuments of Italy.
Set just 8km from the village centre’s sights, shops and bars, this beautiful apartment invites you to take a breather surrounded by impressive nature and to kick back in style. Outside, you’ll find a 14x7m swimming pool (available in spring and summer), and you’ll also have a furnished terrace with a barbecue at your disposal.
Inside, unwind in the spacious lounge which is filled with amenities like a flat-screen TV, CD player and WiFi.
Whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen then share your feast around the elegant dining table which seats 4 or outside on the furnished terrace.

The seaside resort of Pesaro on Italy's Adriatic coast is 30km from the apartment and offers a sandy beach, a lovely promenade and an appealing historic centre, a great daytrip for kids of all ages. The town also hosts the Rossini Opera Festival each summer. Other activities near the apartment include cycling and trips to a nearby water park, and don’t forget the vineyard tours on offer in the area.
The region of Le Marche is known as the place to go for those wanting a taste of “real” Italy. Highlights include the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno, the hilltop town of Fermo and the spectacular limestone Frasassi Caves.
