With a great location in Senezergues, this comfortable house is an ideal retreat for 7 happy holidaymakers in the Auvergne region.
Inside the house, the lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy a good book. Alternatively, take advantage of the outstanding amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, DVD player, home computer, a CD player, a Hi-Fi, a radio and WiFi.
Admire the view of the castle of Senezergues from the garden and the dining room.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favourite meals. Enjoy your feast around the classic dining table which seats 10. Or cook outside on the barbecue and dine in the furnished garden. Deckchairs and umbrellas in the garden.
The three comfortable bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep to all. The first bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second room features a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. An additional guest can be accommodated on an extra single bed when required. Furthermore, the shared bathrooms are perfect for freshening up in. One sports a bathtub and WC and the other has a WC.
An indoor fireplace will keep you comfortable during the colder months. The first pack of wood for the chimney will be offered. A washing machine and ironing centre are provided for your convenience.
End cleaning, linen and towels are all included in the rental fee. You will have to pay a tourist tax of 0,90€ per person and per day upon arrival.
Public parking is available onsite. Smoking is permitted, and pets are welcome. You may also have parties.

Winter visitors will be happy to note that Le Lioran is 100 kilometres from the house, and golfers can tee off in Aurillac, 25 kilometres away. You’ll also have superb restaurants and bars at 100 metres and a supermarket within 5 kilometres of your door.
While abandoning the idyllic surroundings of this house might be a challenge, there is much to explore throughout the region. Great day trips include exploring the Padirac Cave, recreating Medieval times at Les Fermes Medievales de Xaintrie in Le Puy d’Arrel, sightseeing at the Cahteau de Pesteils in Polminhac and exploring the Volcans d’Auvergne Natural Regional Park. A day trip to the cliff-top village of Rocamadour is a must while staying in the area.
