Beautiful beaches with golden sands and a plethora of water sports are only 2km from the villa, and in the winter some of the best skiing in Europe is only 2 hours away.
The bright, open and colourful villa features a large, walled yard, spectacular views of the sea and mod cons such as a 52-inch flat-screen TV with satellite, a washing machine and WiFi internet.
The ultra-modern kitchen boasts an array of standard appliances a plus microwave, toaster and coffee machine. You can dine in the 50sqm reception room, or on the massive, furnished terrace accessed from the second floor, enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
Up to 8 people can sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms: The 1st floor has 2 double bedrooms (one with a full ensuite bathroom) and one twin bedroom, each with a private terrace overlooking the garden and sea. A shared bathroom is also on this floor. The 2nd floor hosts a double bedroom with a nature-view terrace and a bathroom with a shower and WC. A convertible sofa and baby cot are available and there is a separate WC on the ground floor.

The nearby city of Varna boasts every form of modern entertainment, dining and shopping. Medieval- and renaissance buildings and ruins are found aplenty and must-sees include the Marine Gardens, the former Royal Palace, and the paradise of St. Constantine.
Gastronomy is similar to Mediterranean cuisine with fresh vegetables and seafood, but with lots of minced meat, cheese and real yogurt. A number of bars and supermarkets are within 2km of the villa, and the closest restaurant is a 15-minute drive away.
