Full property description
Enjoy an idyllic family holiday in this bright and functional 45 sqm villa, divided into three very light, tastefully decorated rooms. Fully renovated in 2012, the villa has every modern comfort in the kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, oven and microwave) and impressive multimedia equipment to boot, including a TV and Internet access.
The bathroom has a shower, while the 2 bedrooms have 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds that comfortably accommodate 6 people. A baby cot is available, free of charge.
Make the most of the terrace and barbecue with your very own, al fresco dining area and sun-loungers awaiting you for siesta time. Have fun with the whole family on the pétanque court, while just a couple of paces away, the beach and the Mediterranean Sea beckon!
A car is not necessary but there is free, private parking on site. Pets are not welcome. Cleaning, linen, towel and air conditional are not included in the total rent but can be available as a supplement price with the owner if needed.
The seafront position of the villa means that you will be able to swim anytime of the day. It’s also the opportunity to enjoy all sorts of water activities, such as diving, water skiing and sailing. The area lends itself particularly well to fishing, while hikes or bike rides are great ways to explore the region. Be enchanted by the exceptional panoramas that the Mediterranean coastline offers! The golf course at La Grande Motte is very close by for those keen to tee off.
Languedoc-Roussillon is a region in the south of France famous for its permanent sunshine, its fine sandy beaches and its protected nature. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, Frontignan is a typical seaside town of the region, with three ports: a marina, a fishing port and a mussel farm. However, the town is also known for its wine cellars that you are able to visit – make sure to sample the locally produced Muscat de Frontignan vintage wines.
Another highlight is the church of the Conversion of Saint Paul, constructed in the XIIth century, and the chapel of Penitents that houses the town museum; both are classified as historic monuments.
