Central heat and a washing machine are included for your comfort and convenience and you can cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen boasting all the utensils and amenities needed and a cosy dining area.

Up to six people can sleep comfortably in this bright and stylish house; one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two singles, while a convertible sofa sleeps two guests and a baby cot is available upon request. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

Cleaning, linen, internet, and towels are included.

Private parking is available on-site, smoking is permitted outside only and pets are welcome. The pool is open in summer only.

This beautiful home is set in Biesheim in the Haut-Rhin, Alsace region. Golfers will enjoy Ammerschwhir, 25 km away, and skiers will want to check out the dynamic Lac Blanc ski resort, is 40 km from the property.

The town of Neuf Brisach is also just 4km from the house: This historic, fortified town sits close to the Rhine River and its construction is a medieval military masterpiece. Several fascinating museums and historic churches lie in the town of Colmar, only 15 km away – the town forms part of the famed Alsace Wine Route and its medieval old town is a must-see for history buffs.

Whatever you decide to do, don’t head home without testing the local cuisine: The Alsace region hosts one of the most famous cuisines in the world, with specialties including pork dishes, fish (especially carp), goose, foie gras and of course sauerkraut. The most famed part of the region, however, is the Alsace Wine Route. Be sure to visit the wineries, meet the makers and sample the wines. Homebodies in your group will stay happy too, with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket less than 1km from the house.
